Requesting “Dean’s Grace”

A 'Dean's Grace' extension of one month (free of fees) to submit the Ph.D. thesis may be requested from the Dean of Graduate Studies.

Requests for Dean's Grace should be made by the student's supervisor to the Dean of Graduate Studies before the deadline for the student's annual registration.
