As the only copyright library in Ireland it enjoys the privilege of receiving automatically, and by right, all Irish and UK copyright material. For more specific information about the library's resources in philosophy, please visit the philosophy subject page of the Library website.
The Plato Centre
Located downstairs in the 1937 Reading Room, the Plato Centre is a research centre jointly administered by the Department of Philosophy and the Department of Classics. It contains study space as well as an extensive library of material relating to Platonism and ancient, medieval and modern philosophy in the Platonic tradition. Please contact the Director of the Centre, Professor Vasilis Politis (email) for more information.
