NEIL is an umbrella programme, comprised of several large-scale research initiatives that look for new ways to enhance cognitive function in older adults and to delay or prevent dementia in at risk populations.

We conduct research aimed at finding new ways to:

• Enhance cognitive function
• Identify those at risk
• Detect dementia
• Delay dementia
• Prevent dementia
• Prevent disease progression

NEIL has developed relationships with a number of large research programs. Collaborating with international researchers, clinicians, and industry experts involved in these programs have afforded us access to rich clinical and technological knowledge bases that enhance our own ageing expertise.
