Printing from Laptops

On this page:

• Windows XP
• Windows Vista

Readers connecting via the network admission control (NAC) system may use the Library printers.

• Users must be logged on to the College Domain
• Payment is via Kopikat card
• Only Windows XP and Vista are supported

Windows XP

1. Log on on to the College domain
2. In the Run box on the Start menu, type \\lib009115 and press Return
3. When the Kopikat Pay Print Server box opens, double-click on the desired printer
4. The printer driver should load automatically and printer should appear as an additional option in list of printers

Windows Vista

1. Log on on to the College domain
2. In the Start Search box on the Start menu, type \\lib009115 and press Return
3. When the Kopikat Pay Print Server box opens, double-click on the desired printer
4. Agree if asked to allow the printer driver to install
5. The printer driver should load automatically and printer should appear as an additional option in list of printers
