If taking the 123 bus, alight at the stop in the hospital campus and walk back towards the entrance to the grounds. The Trinity Centre is past the car park, on your left.
If taking the Luas, alight at the stop called James's. Cross the tracks and follow the road into the hospital grounds. On the right is a Dublin Bus stop; just past it are steps leading down to the Trinity Centre.
