Estelle Feldman M.A. (DUBL.) MBA (NUI), LL.B. (Wales), DCG (NUI)Estelle Feldman, Research Associate, School of Law, Trinity College lectures on constitutional and administrative law in Independent Colleges. Formerly MBA Programme Director of the Trinity School of Business Studies, she has extensive experience in general management and consultancy including 15 years as a senior manager in the voluntary health sector. Estelle has publications on whistleblower protection, freedom of information, public service accountability and children’s rights in healthcare. She writes for the Annual Review of Irish Law on Information Law and the Ombudsman, Whistleblower Protection, co-authors the chapter on Constitutional Law with Dr. Oran Doyle, and is editor of Freedom of Information Law and Practice (Firstlaw, Dublin 2006).

Clive Symmons LLB (Bristol) Dip Ed (Oxon) Ph D of Grays Inn, Barrister-at-Law. Clive Symmons, a former Senior Lecturer in the University of Bristol, is Research Associate in Law in Trinity College Dublin. He has written extensively on the Law of Tort, various aspects of International law, particularly the Law of the Sea, also Anglo-lrish legal relations and Irish law. His books are in the area of the Law of the Sea: The Maritime Zones of Islands in International Law (1979); Ireland and the Law of the Sea (1991 and 2000 - first and second editions respectively); Irish Maritime Law Statutes 2000-2005 (2006); and Historic Waters in the Law of the Sea: A Modern Re-appraisal (2007). His research interests are public international law, particularly the law of the sea and the application of international law in Ireland; Anglo-lrish legal relations and the law of tort.
