Biography
Stuart MacLennan is researching the impact of new technologies – in particular the Internet, and cloud & grid computing - on the efficacy of international tax law principles. His research considers the approaches taken by the OECD in response to technological challenges with a view to postulating as to how the OECD might react to current and future challenges.
Stuart is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and the Glasgow Graduate School of Law. Prior to commencing his doctoral study at Trinity College, Stuart worked as a researcher on Europe & External Affairs, and the Constitution in the Scottish Parliament. He has a continuing interest in Constitutional and European Law.
In addition to his doctoral research, Stuart also teaches on the EU Law course.
