Biography
Joseph Harrington is from Cork. He studied law in Dublin (Trinity College), Paris and Oxford, and holds an LL.B. (Ling. Franc.) and a B.C.L.. He speaks English and French, some German and Spanish, and very limited Russian. He has worked as a seminarist, a research assistant, a mini-pupil, and a summer intern. He is currently researching a thesis under the supervision of Dr. Oran Doyle; it is entitled "The Sovereign and Sovereignty of Ireland". He is also studying at the Honourable Society of King's Inns for the degree of barrister-at-law.
