Biography
Ferdinand Prinz zur Lippe practices as Rechtsanwalt in Germany with a focus on distribution, corporate and trade, competition and cartel law. Between 2003-10 he was Director of Law and German studies at the Law School and DAAD-Fachlektor. Since 2004 he is also lecturing at the Universität der Bundeswehr (university of the German military forces). He studied law at the universities of Passau, Würzburg and Munich graduating with the Bavarian state examination and as Diplomjurist. He completed his professional training with the freestate of Bavaria as Assessor (second state examination – admission to the bar). In addition he studied political sciences, psychology and history graduating with as M.A. from the Ludwig Maximilian Universität München. He teaches on the LL.M. programme of the Law School in Advanced European Comparative Law and Legal Systems.
