Biography

David Kenny, LL.B (Dub), LL.M (Harv) graduated with first class honours from the law school. He holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard Law School, where he specialised in Constitutional and Comparative Law. He is currently pursuing a PhD, under Dr Oran Doyle, focusing on comparative analysis of the application of the proportionality doctrine in Constitutional Law. David lectures on the undergraduate course in Legislation and Statutory Regulation, and teaches seminars in Constitutional Law I.
