POSTGRADUATE

The Department of Hispanic Studies very much welcomes applications for research leading to the degrees
of M.Litt. or Ph.D. in a wide range of areas both in Spanish American and Peninsular Studies. The
Department provides a lively and diverse environment -- our postgraduate students are currently
conducting research into cinema, Spanish Civil War literature, women writers, comparative literature,
regionalism, and Argentinian and Mexican authors.

Regitration takes place in September and in March. Refer to our staff page for details of the main areas of
research interests in the Department.
