The Faculty HR Advisor’s role is to deliver high quality HR advice to support the staffing activities within the Faculty. They assist the Dean on HR matters and provide advice to Heads of Schools and School Administrators on HR issues including strategic staff planning, recruitment and staff relations issues including mediation, grievances and disciplinary matters.
