Dean of Graduate StudiesWelcome to the website of the Graduate Studies Office. The Graduate Studies Office administers applications to read for higher degrees by research (M.Sc., M.Litt., and Ph.D.) as well as Diploma, Masters and Doctorate programmes.
This website also provides links to the web pages of all postgraduate courses where detailed information can be obtained, as well as information for current graduate students regarding academic progression and examination.
The College's strategic plan prioritizes growth in research activity in the College. As part of this development, we offer a range of postgraduate studentships across all Schools.
All applicants, both national and international, may apply for the awards which cover the full EU or non-EU fee as well as providing a stipend. In addition, many Schools and Research Centres provide financial support to graduate students from research grants. For such support, please consult the School web pages and contact members of the academic staff directly.
A postgraduate degree gives the opportunity to study at an advanced level, and to make a contribution to knowledge by conducting original research.
