Applicants Appeals Process

Applications are assessed on the basis of criteria published in the Postgraduate Prospectus and on the TCD website. This is also the case in categorising students for the purposes of tuition fees.

Where an applicant appeals a decision the initial appeal is considered by an Administrative Officer in the Graduate Studies Office. If the applicant wishes to appeal the matter further it is passed to the Dean of Graduate Studies for consideration.
