The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions of the conference, including the keynote addresses.
- Welcome
reception on Friday evening.
- Coffee
breaks throughout the duration of the conference.
- Participation
in the conference fieldtrip.

Registration Procedure
To register for the conference
please complete the following steps:
1. If you are giving a
paper please mail a 200 word abstract of your paper and title to Professor Mark
Hennessy (mhnnessy@tcd.ie) by April 25th
2012. If you would like to present a poster please email your abstract to by
April 25th to Dr. Kieran Rankin (krankin@tcd.ie).
If you are not presenting a paper or poster but would like to register and
attend please email Dr. Rankin indicating that. Posters will be displayed during
the course of the conference.
a. If you are organizing a
panel please include the title of the panel, all four abstracts or three
abstracts and name of discussant.
b. Papers will be 20
minutes in length.
c. The conference
organizers welcome papers and panels from all areas of Geography and cognate
fields.
d. In your email please
also indicate if you are NOT willing
to serve as a chair for other panels.
2. Complete payment (see
payment options below)
To avoid the late registration fee
both steps must be completed by 25th
April 2011. A conference schedule will be available for download by May 20th
on the conference website.
Accommodation
There is a limited amount of accommodation available on campus on a first-come first-served basis. (Available nights of May 25th, 26th and 27th).
Option 1) Ensuite single room - E71.50 per night
Option 2) Ensuite twin room - E120 per night
Option 3) Apartment with three bedrooms, including living room, kitchen and toilet - E214.50 per night or E71.50 per person per night.
Please email Lucy Crockford (crockfol@tcd.ie) to check availability in advance specifying which nights you would like to stay, the type of accommodation you would like and any dietary requirements. In this email please also indicate if you WILL BE attending the conference dinner. Once campus rooms have been allocated participants will be responsible for their own accommodation. . If available, to reserve a room please include the appropriate amount in your cheque or Paypal¨ payment).
Fieldtrip
Professor
Andrew MacLaran will lead a walking tour which explores the redevelopment of
the Dublin Docklands, leaving from Trinity on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm,
departing from the foyer of the Museum Building. The trip will take
approximately three hours.
