Niamh Dowdall B.A. (NUI), M.A. (NUI)
Niamh Dowdall studied English and Irish in University College Dublin and was awarded a B.A. in 2003. She went on to complete an M.A. in Anglo-Irish Literature and Drama, also in UCD, in 2004.
She is currently working on a Ph.D. thesis in the area of dress and fashion in the fiction of Elizabeth Bowen. She delivered a paper on this topic at the Elizabeth Bowen Symposium in the University of Sussex in May 2009.
In 2009-10, she tutored on the ‘Introduction to Postcolonial Literature’ course and the ‘Introduction to Modernism’ course.
