Scholarships
General
Four scholarships of €5,000 and 10 scholarships of €1,000 are awarded annually to highly qualified candidates to enable them to undertake an MSc in Economics in Trinity College Dublin. The availability of scholarships will be reviewed on an annual basis.
Eligibility
All candidates for the MSc in Economics are eligible to apply. Candidates are assessed on the basis of their academic record and a 500 word statement on how the MSc in Economics will contribute to the candidate’s future career plans.
Conditions
These scholarships are offered subject to the condition that the holder is registered as a full-time student on the MSc in Economics in Trinity College Dublin and achieves a satisfactory performance in the preliminary mathematics and statistics courses in the year of entry to the programme.
Applications
Applicants are required to submit a 500 word statement on how the MSc in Economics will contribute to the candidate’s future career plans with their online application. The deadline for receipt of applications is April 30th 2013.. While applications for the MSc in Economics may be considered after this date applications for scholarships will not.
