Réseau international de recherche et de formation à la recherche dans le domaine de la poésie augustéenne

The Réseau international de recherche et de formation à la recherche dans le domaine de la poésie augustéenne is an international research network established in 1999 by an initiative of Jacqueline Fabre-Serris (University of Lille III).

Its aim is to promote research on all aspects of Augustan poetry, encouraging and supporting the work of rising scholars in the field. The network meets regularly for thematic conferences hosted in turn by each of the participating institutions.

The number of institutions in the Réseau has been increasing over the years to include the universities of Cambridge, Florence, Heidelberg, London (King’s College), Lille III, Oxford, Rome (La Sapienza), Udine, and Dublin, Trinity College.

DictynnaThe official on-line journal associated with the réseau is Dictynna – Revue de Poétique Latine, directed by Jacqueline Fabre-Serris and Alain Demeretz (Lille III). The journal was launched in 2004 and publishes yearly issues of research papers and updated bibliographies of Republican, Augustan and Imperial Latin poetry. The Editorial Board includes Alessandro Barchiesi (Arezzo/Stanford), Mario Citroni (Florence), Joseph Farrell (Pennsylvania), Monica Gale (Dublin), Judith Hallett (Maryland), Philip Hardie (Cambridge), Stephen Harrison (Oxford), Stephen Hinds (Washington), Jean-Christophe Jolivet (Lille III), Alison Keith (Toronto), Mario Labate (Florence), Damien Nelis (Genève), Michael Putnam (Brown), Gianpiero Rosati (Pisa), Alessandro Schiesaro (Roma), Jürgen Paul Schwindt (Heidelberg).
