Research Interests
- Simulation: The simulation and theoretical development of models for solvation, with particular reference to biological systems.
- The Origin of Life: The interpretation of molecular biological phenomena as formal computational processes, i.e. exploring the basis of the genetic alphabet, the genetic code, and nucleotide replication, in terms of theoretical computer science and informatics.
- Molecular Logic: [With Prof. T. Gunnlaugsson]
