Conversations That Matter

What it is

Conversations That Matter is a dialogue process between young adults from all across the island of Ireland. It's aim is to surface issues we deem important to this generation of young people and leaders

The issues are inspired by and drawn from the life experience and desires of the young people who take part

Art of Hosting practices will be used to draw out the central tenets of the conversation and drive toward positive interaction and action with those issues.

Those who take part ...

are drawn from all walks of life in Ireland - different socio-economic, religious, educational, geographical and political  affiliations

All who take part will complete the program with a greater awareness of ‘the other,’ and with a greater sense of responsibility toward the wider issues of reconciliation, justice and peace

Of central important for those who take part will be the desire to leave the program enthused to ask the question, ‘what does it mean to live together well?’

There will be three residentials weekends:

17th - 19th November

2nd - 4th February

20th - 22nd April
