Succeeding at Interview

In a competitive market, organisations are constantly looking to reduce the cost of recruitment while at the same time increasing the probability of selecting the best candidate. Interviews remain one of the most important selection tools available though organisations often use pre-selection techniques such as telephone interviews or psychometric testing to improve their chances of success.

Preparation is the key. Review your application and practice your interview and testing techniques as much as you can.
