Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere, and share them easily. Any file you save to your Dropbox will automatically save to all your computers, your phone or iPad, and the Dropbox website. Dropbox also makes it easy to share with others. And if your computer melts down, you can restore all your files from the Dropbox website with a couple clicks.

Dropbox has over 175 million users in over 200 countries. At Dropbox’s new European Headquarters in Dublin, you’ll have the opportunity to join a talented team of Dropboxers and hit the ground running with a singular focus – use technology to simplify the lives of people everywhere.

By joining the Dropbox Associate Program, you'll play a huge part in Dropbox's international growth. You'll get the opportunity to visit our San Francisco Headquarters, where you’ll learn more about our product, users, and culture. You’ll then head to our European Headquarters in Dublin where you’ll have the opportunity to join our User Ops, Sales, and Account Management teams (depending on business need).

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify and solve user issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Find better ways of qualifying leads and closing deals
  • Develop new ideas to enhance user engagement and retention

Exciting initiatives:

  • User happiness: deploy and maintain a user satisfaction system, allowing us to see what people love the most and what we could do better
  • Localization: increase our global reach in new markets
  • Metrics and analytics: define and monitor metrics for user-facing operations
  • Product specialist: work with our product and engineering teams to make user feedback a reality
  • Releases: own the quality of the Dropbox app across different platforms

Job requirements

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and you are thrilled by the opportunity to be part of the early team that builds the European presence of the next great technology company
  • You’re good fun
  • You move quickly, get stuff done, and have an incredible work ethic
  • You’ve demonstrated leadership and have a strong academic record from a top-tier university
  • Must be eligible to work within the EU
  • 0-2 years of work experience

We’re looking for a balance

So you might be an awesome coder, a database wizard, or you might have some interest in predictive analytics. Maybe you have a way with people, or win every debate. Any of that sounds good to us.
