Employer Information

Trinity’s Careers Fairs help to connect Trinity students with leading national and global employers. The information and advice that students receive from employers at Fairs play a key role in developing their skills and knowledge and informing their career choice as they enter the graduate labour market and transition into professional life.

The Fairs are open to all students, including undergraduates and postgraduate across all disciplines.

All fairs will take place on-campus in Trinity's Sports Hall. Essential information for exhibitors including fair logistics, delivering your materials to the venue and your stand set up, is included in the Trinity Fair Exhibitor Guide.

A copy of the Fair Exhibitor Guide will be sent in your fair confirmation email.

Which fair should I come to?

Our fairs are open to organisations from all industry sectors. Organisations should come to the fair/s which match the roles they are recruiting for.

Please note Organisations must have live opportunities at the time of the event and all opportunities will need to meet our Advertising Guidelines.

Getting the most out of the fairs

The fairs are popular events with students. Over the course of the event, you can expect to be kept busy with between 700 – 1,000 students coming through the door. It’s a good idea to have a minimum of 2 representatives on your stand with a maximum of 5 allowed.

Our students are highly motivated and keen to talk to employers but remember career fairs can be a daunting prospect for many so it's essential to ensure your representatives are friendly, approachable, and well-versed in addressing questions about your organization and upcoming roles. Gender representation on your stand is also worth considering to create an inclusive environment.

When signing up for the fair you will have the option to complete your Fair Profile. This profile serves as a preview for students, allowing them to learn about your organization and available positions beforehand. You can also link your graduate programs to your fair profile, providing students with valuable insights about the opportunities and graduate programmes you have to offer.
