College users must download the ‘College Registration form’, this must then be completed by the Supervisor, who must e-mail the completed form to cmainfo@tcd.ie, failure to do so will prevent bookings from being accepted.
Once the properly completed registration form has been received a booking can be made by contacting a member of the staff. A session is normally 2 hours, this includes time required to transfer or print images.
All users must read the Registration form and Training SOP’s (relevant sections) before making a booking. SOP’s are in MS Word format.
