Learning Innovation Project (LIP)
The Learning Innovation Project call is an application process for funding for the development of innovative Technology Enhanced Learning resources. It is a Centre for Learning Technology initiative (sponsored in part by the National Digital Learning Repository - NDLR)
Projects should aim at having a significant impact and sustainability in College and should also be made available for sharing with other Higher Education Institutions within NDLR
In 2010 the following projects were awarded funding:
- Supporting students in ‘doing and thinking’ in the study of Occupation Practice module
Sara Quinn - School of Medicine - On-line Problem-based Student-Directed Learning in Mathematics
Rupert Levene - School of Mathematics - Art-space, technology and critical thinking
Dr. Yvonne Scott - School of Histories & Humanities - Research Methods – Earth & Environment
Dr. Robin Edwards - School of Natural Sciences - The Development of a Web-Based Learning Resource for Undergraduate Practical Teaching
Dr. Vincent Kelly/Dr. Glynis Robinson - School of Biochemistry & Immunology
