Home Building Projects Biosciences Development

This site, between Cumberland and Sandwith Street which is currently used as a surface car park is to be redeveloped in a partnership with PJ Walls to provide a mixed development of academic and commercial space. The design is being developed at present and a planning application will be lodged shortly.

The academic facilities to be housed in  this development include a Biosciences Institute with supporting facilities and additional third level teaching and research accommodation.  The development  adjoins Pearse Railway station and the design incorporates a proposal for a new entrance to the station.
