Persons Insured Any person (excluding students other than Postgraduates) between the age of 17 and 75 authorised by the College to travel on College business. Excluding persons on long term secondment. Maximum duration of any one trip 6 months Journeys Covered Any journey on the business of the College (including incidental holiday travel) with destinations outside the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland or the Insured Persons country of domicile if different, and destinations within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland provided such journey includes one or more aerial flights or one or more overnight stay. War and Terrorism are included except war within the Republic of Ireland and the following countries unless travel has been agreed in advance with AIG Europe. Cover Requirement Cover is only operative provided the journey is authorised by your Head of Department and the attached form is completed and returned to the Director of Buildings Office prior to the commencement of the journey.
