New Features

This new version features better and faster navigation, and improved user interface, quicker updates, flexible asset searching, group input, group amendment and group disposal of assets.
The new reporting utility is more focused with greater sorting ability and all reports are printable.
Help is available throughout the system and will be just one click away

Portal Registration

The TCD Portal allows access to TCD Web applications like the Asset Register. If you have not logged in before you must first Register here and if you change your password, you will need to re-register here also

System Access

If you wish to use the Asset Register System within the TCD Portal, please contact Christine Monahan in the Director Of Buildings Office at Extension 4705 or through e-mail at monahach@tcd.ie

Your Username and Password to access the Asset Register will be your TCD Network Username and Password.

User Types

There are three different types of users:

Query User: This User has full access to view the departments assets, but update privileges are denied.
Update User: This User has access to the same facilities as the query user, but changes (insert, delete, amend assets) are also allowed.
Group Update User: This User has access to the same facilities as the update user, but bulk updates and changes are also allowed.
