Water Technology

Water Technology Research was established in 1980 to carry out training, consultancy and research in all aspects of water science and technology. Today the Water Technology Research Group continues this work. The group is the personal research team of Professor Nick Gray and is based in the Trinity Centre for the Environment at Trinity College Dublin. Current research primarily focuses on large scale wastewater and water treatment systems, biological wastewater treatment processes, and also the impact and control of pollutants on rivers and lakes, especially multifactor pollutants such as acid mine drainage.
