Registration
The registration desk will be located on the ground floor of the Hamilton Building and will open at 9.00 on Monday 14 June and will remain open throughout the conference.
Registration Fees
The registration fees include participation in the meeting, lunches on meeting days, coffee breaks during the meeting, a conference dinner and the abstract book. Early Registration closes May 7, 2010. Please be aware that there will be no credit card facilities available at the conference venue. All fees paid on-site at the registration desk must be paid in cash.

- Admission to scientific sessions

Cancellation Conditions
For registration:
Cancellations must be sent in writing to Phenology 2010 by e-mail (phen2010 at tcd.ie). If cancellation is received by 30 May 2010 the fee paid minus an administration charge of 20 Euros will be refunded after the conference. If cancellation is received after 30 May 2010 or if the participant fails to attend no refund will be made.
