Registration

The Registration Desk will be located on the ground floor of the Trinity Conference Centre/Arts Block Building (Map). The registration desk will open at 16.00 on Saturday 19 July and will remain open throughout the conference.

FINAL date for on-line registration: 4 July 2008; registrations will be accepted at the conference venue. Please be aware that there will be no credit card facilities available at the conference venue - all fees paid at the registration desk must be paid in cash.

Registration fees for delegates cover:

  • Welcome reception on Saturday 19 July
  • Admission to scientific sessions
  • Book of Abstracts
  • Conference Programme
  • Conference bag
  • Coffee (morning and afternoon) as per programme
  • Lunch - Sunday to Wednesday
  • Ticket for a Bus Tour of Dublin

Registration fees for accompanying non-delegates cover:

  • Welcome reception on Saturday 19 July
  • Lunch in the Dining Hall (at the same time as all delegates)
  • Ticket for a Bus Tour of Dublin
  • Tour of the National Gallery of Ireland Sunday 20th July at 14:00h
  • Customised tour of Trinity College that will include a visit to the Book of Kells Monday 21st July at 12:00h
  • Design Yard Jewellers on Wednesday 23rd July at 10:00h

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

On-line registration is now closed; registrations will be accepted at the conference venue. Please be aware that there will be no credit card facilities available at the registration desk - all fees paid at the registration desk must be paid in cash.

If you have already submitted a registration form and received payment instructions but have not yet paid you may pay in cash at the venue; please do not pay by bank transfer after 8 July as the payment may not reach our bank account before the start of the conference and you will not be confirmed as having paid.

 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For registration, conference banquet:
Cancellations must be sent in writing to EBEC2008 by e-mail (ebec2008@tcd.ie). If cancellation is received by 20 June 2008 the fee paid minus an administration charge of 50 Euros will be refunded after the conference. If cancellation is received after 20 June 2008 or if the participant fails to attend no refund will be made.

For accommodation reservations:
If you are staying in rooms on campus please view the Terms and Conditions of booking. If you have booked a hotel please refer to the cancellation policy of your hotel.
