LAST Ireland
Last-Ireland is a training programme and support structure to help the scientific community in Ireland to use animals in accordance with best international and national practices.
The courses are run twice yearly in Dublin, in Spring and Autumn. Courses also are arranged for Cork and Galway
Under the Auspices of NUI Maynooth, UCD & Trinity College Dublin
The course will cover the requirements of the EU legislation.
This course is accredited by the universities accreditation system within the UK and is appropriate for modules 1,2&3 of the UK training programme (Mice & Rats). If additional species are required this can be arranged This allows certified persons to apply directly for personal licence's before they take up position in the UK
A certificate of completion will be issued on completion of the course and passing of the assessment.
